Rules |
Auction items must be paid for
day of sale. Payment accepted by
Cash,
Cashier’s Check, or Wire
Transfer. Any check over $500,
and all out of state
personal or business checks must
have a Bank Letter of Guarantee
and made
out to Manheim Arizona.
REMOVAL OF PURCHASES
All units must be paid in full
prior to removal.
All units must be removed by
Friday following sale.
“AS IS”, “WHERE IS”
Every item sold “AS IS”, “WHERE
IS”. Absolutely no Guarantees or
Warranties. Buyer has full
responsibility to inspect each
item before bidding.
DEFAULT BY PURCHASER
If purchaser fails to pay the
full purchase price, the title
will be held by
Manheim Pheonix and the
gate pass will not be issued to
the purchaser
until full payment has been
received. Storage fee will start
the 15th day at the rate of $10
per day.
The sale catalog has been
prepared only as a guide. Buyer
relies on his own
inspection of items and not
solely on information listed in
catalog.
Please note: Due to Insurance
Regulations, persons under the
age of 18 are not
permitted on the sale lot or in
the sale lanes at any time.

All purchases must be paid in
